This is day 19 of the 28-day Abs Challenge, and you must do 28, 56, or 84 crunches and leg lowers.

  • Level 1 = 28 Crunches & Leg Lowers
  • Level 2 = 56 Crunches & Leg Lowers
  • Level 3 = 84 Crunches & Leg Lowers

You don’t need a fancy gym, trainers, or gym gear to get fit. You just need to turn up and do it!
