Hello, Day 12 of #SpottyDogMay is here! Today’s challenge is all about getting your heart pumping and your pulse raised with 65, 130, or 195 spotty dogs, depending on your level. Call it what you want, but the goal is the same: to challenge yourself and push your limits!

Spotty dogs are a great way to elevate your heart rate and improve your cardiovascular fitness. As you jump and switch legs, you’ll engage multiple muscle groups, including your legs, glutes, and core. It’s a dynamic and effective exercise that can help you build endurance and stamina.

Embrace the challenge and let yourself feel the burn! Remember, you are capable of more than you think. Push through any discomfort, and keep going. Imagine how accomplished and energised you’ll feel once you complete your set.

  • Level 1 = 65 Spotty Dogs (1 x 65)
  • Level 2 = 130 Spotty Dogs (2 x 65)
  • Level 3 = 195 Spotty Dogs (3 x 65)
