Happy Day 5 of #SpottyDogMay! You’re halfway through the challenge, and you’re doing amazing! Today, we’re keeping up the momentum and pushing ourselves to new heights with a burst of intense exercise.

Level 1 challenges you with 50 spotty dogs, Level 2 increases the intensity with 100 spotty dogs, and Level 3 pushes you to your limits with 150 spotty dogs. It’s a short burst of high-energy exercise that will leave you feeling out of breath and accomplished.

Remember, it’s important to challenge yourself every day, even if it’s just for a short burst. Getting out of breath is a sign that you’re pushing yourself and working towards a healthier, fitter you. Embrace the discomfort and push through, knowing that you’re making progress towards your fitness goals.

As you jump and move, focus on your form, breathe deeply, and give it your all. Visualise yourself achieving your fitness goals and use that as motivation to keep going. You are capable of more than you think, and every effort counts towards building a healthier, stronger body.

If you find yourself struggling, remember that you’re not alone. It’s okay to take breaks as needed and listen to your body. You’re on a journey of self-improvement, and progress comes in many forms. Celebrate every step you take, no matter how small.

After completing your spotty dogs, take a moment to acknowledge your accomplishment. Be proud of yourself for pushing through and giving it your best effort. Remember to cool down, stretch, and refuel your body with proper nutrition and hydration.

Day 5 of #SpottyDogMay 50, 100 or 150 spotty dogs. It’s good to get out of breath every day even for a short burst. It all helps towards a healthier you.

  • Level 1 = 50 Spotty Dogs (1 x 50)
  • Level 2 = 100 Spotty Dogs (2 x 50)
  • Level 3 = 150 Spotty Dogs (3 x 50)
