SpottyDogMay Day 5 (5th May)

Level 1 challenges you with 50 spotty dogs, Level 2 increases the intensity with 100 spotty dogs, and Level 3 pushes you to your limits with 150 spotty dogs. It’s a short burst of high-energy exercise that will leave you feeling out of breath and accomplished.

Spotty Dog Challenge Day 5

Day 5 of Spotty Dog May challenge: 50, 100 or 150 spotty dogs. It’s good to get out of breath every day, even for a short burst. It all helps towards a healthier you.

  • 🟢Level 1 = 50 Spotty Dogs (1 x 50)
  • 🟠Level 2 = 100 Spotty Dogs (2 x 50)
  • 🔴Level 3 = 150 Spotty Dogs (3 x 50)
