Level 1 challenges you with 55 spotty dogs, Level 2 increases the intensity with 110 spotty dogs, and Level 3 pushes you to your limits with 165 spotty dogs. It’s an excellent opportunity to elevate your heart rate, engage your muscles, and improve your cardiovascular fitness.

You’re doing great; every effort you put in counts towards building a healthier, stronger you. Keep pushing yourself, stay committed to your goals, and remember that consistency is key. You’ve got this!

Spotty Dog Challenge Day 6

It’s day 6 of the SpottyDog May Challenge, and today, you can choose to do 55, 110, or 165. Keeping your heart healthy means having a happy heart, expanding your lung function, and eventually making it easier.

  • 🟢Level 1 = 55 Spotty Dogs (1 x 55)
  • 🟠Level 2 = 110 Spotty Dogs (2 x 55)
  • 🔴Level 3 = 165 Spotty Dogs (3 x 55)
