Step It Up June Day 24 (24th June)


Congratulations on reaching Day 24 of #StepitUpJune! You’re in the final week of this challenge, so keep pushing and do whatever it takes to get those steps in. Remember that every step counts towards becoming a healthier and fitter version of yourself. As Thomas Jefferson once said, “Walking is the best possible exercise. Habituate yourself to walking very far.” So keep moving forward and taking those steps; soon enough, you’ll have achieved something great.
