Step It Up June Day 3 (3rd June)

Congratulations on reaching day three of the #StepitupJune challenge! Today, it’s time to check your target and ensure you’re on track to meet your daily goal. Remember, it’s not just about counting your steps throughout the day; every step counts, including those you take when you first wake up.

So, get up and start moving! Get your body moving early in the day, whether it’s a brisk walk, a jog, or some gentle stretching. This will set the tone for the rest of your day and help you stay motivated to keep moving.

Don’t forget that this challenge is about pushing yourself to be more active, so don’t be afraid to challenge yourself. If you’re currently at level one, aim for level two; if you’re already at level five, challenge yourself to go even further.
