Taking a break from work and getting fresh air can improve your productivity and overall well-being. Use this time to walk, stretch your legs, and accumulate extra steps towards your daily goal.

Remember, every step counts, and it’s essential to keep moving throughout the day, especially if you have a sedentary job. If you’re currently at level one, challenge yourself to reach level two by the end of the day. And if you’re already at level five, keep pushing yourself further.
