It’s Day 3 of the #28DayPushUpChallenge, and you have 12, 24, or 36 push-ups to complete. Do these as soon as you get up, and you’ll feel energised by the time you finish!
- Level 1 = 12 Push Ups
- Level 2 = 24 Push Ups
- Level 3 = 36 Push Ups
