Day 16 February #Feburpee Burpee Challenge, another day down & you should be feeling fitter. If not, at least you are doing some cardio! Did you know: The burpee was originally designed as a fitness test?

  • 🟢Level 1 = 24 Burpees (1 set of 24)
  • 🟠Level 2 = 48 Burpees (2 sets of 24)
  • 🔴Level 3 = 72 Burpees (3 sets of 24)
