Day 27 of #Feburpee Burpee Challenge, fast-paced & dynamic, you will never get bored with doing these! It’s more beneficial than a slow-paced jog.

  • 🟢Level 1 = 38 Burpees (1 set of 38)
  • 🟠Level 2 = 76 Burpees (2 sets of 38)
  • 🔴Level 3 = 114 Burpees (3 sets of 38)
