10th February Targets

Day 10 of the February #Feburpee Burpee Challenge, glad it’s only a short month. So this exercise is using your most important muscle of all. Your heart. So get it beating faster.

  • 🟢Level 1 = 20 Burpees (1 set of 20)
  • 🟠Level 2 = 40 Burpees (2 sets of 20)
  • 🔴Level 3 = 60 Burpees (3 sets of 20)
