3rd February Targets

Day 3 February #Feburpee Burpee Challenge, half in the morning, half in the evening. Doesn’t sound so bad, does it? Just enough to fit into your coffee break?

  • 🟢Level 1 = 14 Burpees (1 set of 14)
  • 🟠Level 2 = 28 Burpees (2 sets of 14)
  • 🔴Level 3 = 42 Burpees (3 sets of 14)
