  • 🟢 Level 1 = 100 Skips (1 set of 100)
  • 🟠 Level 2 = 200 Skips (2 sets of 100)
  • 🔴 Level 3 = 300 Skips (3 sets of 100)

Skipping Challenge Sets & Reps Options

The number of sets you do and how you break down the challenge is up to you; it’s your challenge, it’s your workout. You can use the suggestions below or break them down into sets and reps that work for you. Ultimately, we aim to achieve the total in a single workout. How you do it is up to you.
