Welcome to Day 10 of the #MarchUP Push-Up Challenge! Today’s challenge: 20, 40, or 60 little up & downs. It might be your biggest target yet, but remember, it’s just another number. You’ve got this! Whether you’re tackling Level 1, 2, or 3, let’s crush those push-ups and keep the momentum going strong in March! 💪.

10th March Targets

Day 10 of #MarchUP Push-Up Challenge and 20, 40 or 60 little up & downs today. Your biggest target so far, but hey, it’s just another number. You can do this!

  • 🟢Level 1 = 20 Push Ups (2 sets of 10)
  • 🟠Level 2 = 40 Push Ups (4 sets of 10)
  • 🔴Level 3 = 60 Push Ups (6 sets of 10)
