Welcome to Day 4 of the #MarchUP Push-Up Challenge! Today, we’re dialling it back to 6, 12, or 18 push-ups. It’s as simple as up and down six times – now you know you’ve got this! Whether you’re tackling Level 1 or pushing for Level 3, let’s keep the momentum going and make March a month of consistent progress! 💪.

4th March Targets

Day 4 of #MarchUP Push-Up Challenge and down to 6, 12 or 18 push-ups today. Up and down six times, now you know you can do this.

  • 🟢Level 1 = 6 Push Ups (1 set of 6)
  • 🟠Level 2 = 12 Push Ups (2 sets of 6)
  • 🔴Level 3 = 18 Push Ups (3 sets of 6)
