Whether you’re at Level 1, 2, or 3, let’s make every push count and finish strong! 💪

  • 🟢Level 1 = 18 Push Ups (1 set of 18)
  • 🟠Level 2 = 36 Push Ups (2 sets of 18)
  • 🔴Level 3 = 54 Push Ups (3 sets of 18)
