Welcome to Day 20 of the #MarchUP Push-Up Challenge! Today’s task: just 14, 28, or 42 push-ups. Remember, you don’t need a gym or expensive equipment to get fit. All it takes is a bit of determination and willpower. Whether you’re at Level 1, 2, or 3, let’s harness that determination and keep pushing towards our fitness goals this March! 💪

20th March Targets

Day 20 of #MarchUP Push-Up Challenge & just 14, 28 or 42 #PushUps. You don’t need a gym or expensive equipment to get fit, you just need a bit of determination & willpower.

  • 🟢Level 1 = 14 Push Ups (1 set of 14)
  • 🟠Level 2 = 28 Push Ups (2 sets of 28)
  • 🔴Level 3 = 42 Push Ups (3 sets of 42)
