8th March Targets

Day 8 of #MarchUP Push-Up Challenge and down to 8, 16 or 24 Push-Ups. Working your core, deltoids, triceps, quads and pecs. Now, this is not just a push-up.

  • 🟢Level 1 = 8 Push Ups (1 set of 8)
  • 🟠Level 2 = 16 Push Ups (2 sets of 8)
  • 🔴Level 3 = 24 Push Ups (3 sets of 8)
