Welcome to Day 7 of the #MarchUP Push-Up Challenge! Today’s mission: 16, 32, or 48 push-ups await you. Forget the bench press – can you press your own weight? It’s time to discover your true strength! Whether you’re taking on Level 1, 2, or 3, let’s rise to the challenge and show what we’re made of this March! 💪.

7th March Targets

Day 7 of #MarchUP Push-Up Challenge and another 16, 32 or 48 push-ups to do. It doesn’t matter how much weight you can bench press; can you press your own weight? Go find out!

  • 🟢Level 1 = 16 Push Ups (2 sets of 8)
  • 🟠Level 2 = 32 Push Ups (4 sets of 8)
  • 🔴Level 3 = 48 Push Ups (6 sets of 8)
