Embrace the challenge with confidence! Whether you’re at Level 1, 2, or 3, let’s harness that experience and push through to new heights in March! 💪.

11th March Targets

Day 11 of #MarchUP Push-Up Challenge & another 20, 40 or 60 today. So it’s just like yesterday, but you will have had practice already, so you know what’s coming

  • 🟢Level 1 = 20 Push Ups (2 sets of 10)
  • 🟠Level 2 = 40 Push Ups (4 sets of 10)
  • 🔴Level 3 = 60 Push Ups (6 sets of 10)
