Welcome to Day 3 of the #MarchUP Push-Up Challenge! Rise and shine with another set of 12, 24, or 36 push-ups. Need a morning boost? Knock these out as soon as you get up, and you’ll be wide awake by the time you’re finished! Whether you’re aiming for Level 1 or challenging yourself to Level 3, let’s start our day strong and make March a month of unstoppable progress! 💥.

3rd March Targets

Day 3 of #MarchUP Push-Up Challenge and another 12, 24 or 36 push-ups to do. Do these when you get up, and you’ll be awake by the time you’ve finished!

  • 🟢Level 1 = 12 Push Ups (2 sets of 6)
  • 🟠Level 2 = 24 Push Ups (4 sets of 6)
  • 🔴Level 3 = 36 Push Ups (6 sets of 6)
