Day 28 of #28DayPlankChallenge, you’ve got a 105, 210 or 315-second plank to get down to. For this short space of time, be still. The rest of the day, you can run around like crazy

  • 🟢 Level 1 = 105 Second Plank (1 set of 105 Seconds)
  • 🟠 Level 2 = 210 Second Plank (2 sets of 105 Seconds)
  • 🔴 Level 3 = 315 Second Plank (3 sets of 105 Seconds)
