April Abs Day 10 Targets (10th April)

This is Day 10 of the April Abs Challenge, which includes 19. 38 or 57 Crunches AND Leg Lowers. Working the upper and lower abs will increase balance and posture and prevent lower back pain.

  • 🟢Level 1 = 19 Crunches and 19 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️1 set of 19 Crunches
    • ➡️1 Set of 19 Leg Lowers
  • 🟠Level 2 = 38 Crunches and 38 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️2 sets of 19 Crunches
    • ➡️2 Sets of 19 Leg Lowers
  • 🔴Level 3 = 57 Crunches and 57 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️3 sets of 19 Crunches
    • ➡️3 Sets of 19 Leg Lowers
