It’s day 9 of the April Abs Challenge with 18, 36, or 54 Crunches and Leg Lowerers. You may not have a “six-pack,” but if you keep it up, you’ll have a #coreblimey core.

  • 🟢Level 1 = 18 Crunches and 18 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️1 set of 18 Crunches
    • ➡️1 Set of 18 Leg Lowers
  • 🟠Level 2 = 36 Crunches and 36 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️2 sets of 18 Crunches
    • ➡️2 Sets of 18 Leg Lowers
  • 🔴Level 3 = 54 Crunches and 54 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️3 sets of 18 Crunches
    • ➡️3 Sets of 18 Leg Lowers
