  • 🟠Level 2 = 44 Crunches and 44 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️2 sets of 22 Crunches

  • 🔴Level 3 = 66 Crunches and 66 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️3 sets of 22 Crunches
    • ➡️3 Sets of 22 Leg Lowers
