  • 🟢Level 1 = 34 Crunches and 34 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️1 set of 34 Crunches
    • ➡️1 Set of 34 Leg Lowers
  • 🟠Level 2 = 68 Crunches and 68 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️2 sets of 34 Crunches
    • ➡️2 Sets of 34 Leg Lowers
  • 🔴Level 3 = 102 Crunches and 102 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️3 sets of 34 Crunches
    • ➡️3 Sets of 34 Leg Lowers
