  • 🟠Level 2 = 74 Crunches and 74 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️2 sets of 37 Crunches

  • 🔴Level 3 = 111 Crunches and 111 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️3 sets of 37 Crunches
    • ➡️3 Sets of 37 Leg Lowers
