  • 🟠Level 2 = 62 Crunches and 62 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️2 sets of 31 Crunches
    • ➡️2 Sets of 31 Leg Lowers
  • 🔴Level 3 = 93 Crunches and 93 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️3 sets of 31 Crunches
    • ➡️3 Sets of 31 Leg Lowers
