  • 🟢Level 1 = 21 Crunches and 21 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️1 set of 21 Crunches
    • ➡️1 Set of 21 Leg Lowers
  • 🟠Level 2 = 42 Crunches and 42 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️2 sets of 21 Crunches
    • ➡️2 Sets of 21 Leg Lowers
  • 🔴Level 3 = 63 Crunches and 63 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️3 sets of 21 Crunches
    • ➡️3 Sets of 21 Leg Lowers
