April Abs Day 1 Targets (1st April)

Day 1 of the April Abs Challenge involves 10, 20, or 30 Crunches and leg lowers. This challenge is a steady climb, so take your time and focus on really working that core.

  • 🟢Level 1 = 10 Crunches and 10 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️1 set of 10 Crunches
    • ➡️1 Set of 10 Leg Lowers
  • 🟠Level 2 = 20 Crunches and 10 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️2 sets of 10 Crunches
    • ➡️2 Sets of 10 Leg Lowers
  • 🔴Level 3 = 30 Crunches and 10 Leg Lowers
    • ➡️3 sets of 10 Crunches
    • ➡️3 Sets of 10 Leg Lowers
